In addition, the automotive exterior trim and structural parts previously manufactured by vacuum pouring process or PCM prepreg molding in China are basically at the proofing level, and the size and performance are unstable, which can not meet the requirements of batch and stability of the automotive industry.
The HRC team explored a series of manufacturing and testing technologies such as material verification, structural design, simulation analysis, mold development, CNC tooling development, cementation tooling development and testing technology, broke through the difficulties one by one and successfully developed the integrated carbon fiber tail. It has complex shape, exquisite appearance, strict functional requirements and strong mechanical properties, and meets the lightweight requirements. The total weight is less than 1.6kg.

The test shows that when the wind resistance coefficient is basically unchanged, the assembly of the product can increase the pressure at the maximum speed from 11kg to 40kg, which greatly enhances the handling stability.
